P-traps keep sewer gas from entering your home, but if they get bad enough they don't do their job. This needs done at-least yearly. 

These need done every couple months at minimum. We do them every clean. You get yourself clean and this drain sees a lot. 

Its very common for the wrong product to be used in the world of silicone. Bathrooms need high quality to prevent mold/organic growth under the silicone making the color impossible to remove unless you redo the caulk itself.

Yet another thing most other companies don't do. Pee gets stuck under the hardware of your seat and cant be cleaned properly or fully without removing the seat. We do this every time as well. Ever wonder why no matter how many times you ask your cleaner to get rid of the pee smell, especially in boys bathrooms? Toilet paper makes a lot of dust and it gets stuck in the fan cover and fan. Fans motors don't survive nearly as long if this isn't regularly cleaned.

Most glass light fixtures also collect TP dust.

The sink drain in your kitchen is home to the most robust of bacteria in all of your home. We make sure this is not the case after we leave. Too many other companies overlook this.
