We go above and Beyond... We clean Drains, and the pipes under all of the bathroom/kitchen sinks. Most don't realize their bathroom can smell so much better than it does by keeping the drain and pipes clean regularly.
Why Is this a Big Deal?
The health of your home depends on your drains being done multiple times a year. (some every clean) Hiring a plumber to do these items is super expensive. Clearing a drain through a local plumber will run $125-$250 just to have ONE drain snaked out. This doesn't even include a thorough cleaning and disinfecting. We do all Showers, Sinks, Tubs, P-traps in Kitchen and Bathrooms. You're getting well over a thousand dollars worth of additional value a year from us just with this alone and its usually an item that most homeowners don't even notice unless we share pictures or video of the job. There's more to a deep clean than what can be seen.
99.9% of the time don't use a drain snake unless there's a clog beyond the shower P trap. (very rare) We use a bucket, rags, magic erasers attached to poles, 90% isopropyl Alcohol and of course several sets of gloves. We're extremely thorough and don't use a snake because snaking is a messy job and gets nasty all over the place. it also only clears the clog and doesn't get rid of germs. It can also lodge the clog further down the line and possibly create bigger problems in the future. We keep the mess completely contained. Tyler has cleaned north of a thousand drains by hand and is a clean freak himself. He also has a super nose so he can tell when drains aren't all the way cleaned. Most people become nose blind to a dirty drain.
We spray everything down after doing these jobs to disinfect walls, baseboards, cabinets (we're very careful with this one) Towel/TP Racks, etc. All personal Items get moved far away from the job prior to a drain cleaning and we use a lot of Hand sanitizer and dispose of organic matters for you. Most people are too squeamish to look at what comes out of the drains, let alone to deal with the smell. Let us take care of it for you. A plumber isn't going to disinfect half as much as we will, and most don't do that at all. They'll just snake the drain, make it work and leave all the bacteria that caused the clog in the first place to rapidly multiply until the clog comes back twice as fast as it would otherwise.
